Out back, you’ll find The Cowboy Estate, a true homestead with 4 spacious bedrooms, a full kitchen, and a backyard made for gatherin’. It's private, comfortable, and built for those long nights swappin' stories under the Texas stars. Perfect for families, groups, or anyone wantin’ a little extra room to kick off their boots and stay awhile. Then just upstairs from the boot barn itself, we’ve got The Clubhouse—a 3-bedroom loft with plenty of space to stretch out and settle in. It's got all the modern comforts, a full kitchen, and that laid-back western charm you'd expect from an Allens experience. Quiet, roomy, and right in the middle of it all, without the fuss.
